Yesterday were the first catwalk shows at the Amsterdam International Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2011, and I was there with backstage access.
Despite of the bad weather, the whole day was a great experience. I met a lot of new people and spoke to Iris van Herpen. She was giving a preview of what she is going to show at the fashion week in London this September. Her new collection is inspired by “water” and was a mix of experimental and wearable designs. The shoes she used were designed in corporation with United Nude
The result of my visit is a very nice movie I filmed with my 5d2. It’s now being edited for release… I’ll keep you posted!
The photo is shot I made from the photographer boot during the show of Spijker en Spijker, which had a great show too earlier that evening.

Since I got time to make photos again, I promised myself to launch a representative website first before diving into new projects, so here it is! I hope you like the new fresh design as good as I do.
I’ll be using this blog mainly for things I come across when preparing a photo session, so you can expect behind the scenes and background information about my projects.
